Curry is a condiment composed of pulverized Cayenne pepper, coriander seed, turmeric, onions, garlic, ginger root, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and salt, all pulverized together and thoroughly mixed. It is extensively used in the making of stews of fish, meats and some Vegetables.
