  • About
Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market is the largest fish market in the world, even if it is not exclusively devoted to seafood. The covered market (Jyounai), open every day, is reserved for trade customers until 9am, but individuals can visit the outside market (Jyougai) from 5am. The restaurants inside the market open very early for workers. They are known for their very fresh and inexpensive sushi, which attracts lots of tourists.
