  • About
An unlimited variety of delectable bits called Zakąski are served to introduce the dinner. Their purpose is to stimulate the appetite but not to satisfy it. Since the appetite is first stimulated through the eye, special care is given to make the appearance of the appetizer attractive. The serving is simple. As a first course preceding dinner, they are arranged on service plates and passed in the living room with beverages or served at the table immediately after the guests are seated.
