  • About
Every little garden in Poland grows parsley. It is used primarily for garnish. Parsley root adds zestive flavor to soups and stews. Polish cooks dry bunches of parsley to tide them over the winter until next season's planting. Some recipes call for fried parsley: just drop it into hot butter or friture until it is crisp. You can dip in egg and bread crumbs and then fry.
