I’ve included the number of servings in a recipe as a guide for planning, based on an “average” serving. For most people, a serving of protein is about four ounces and a serving of vegetables is about one cup. Keep this in mind if you’re cooking for a giant, musclebound man or wee ones and adjust your quantity accordingly.
