  • About
If you have health issues or food sensitivities that requires you to be extra careful with your eating, you might follow the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) of the paleo framework. The AIP begins with a strict elimination phase that excludes eggs, ghee, nuts, seeds, tomatoes, eggplant, sweet and hot peppers, cayenne pepper, paprika, and seed spices (like allspice, cardamom, caraway, coriander, cumin, fennel, mustard, poppy, sesame, etc.). After the elimination period, foods are reintroduced to see how the body reacts; in many cases, seed spices can be added back into your cooking.
