This chapter was the jumping off point for the entire Whole Bowls cookbook. It’s filled with meal-in-a-bowl feasts that take the guesswork out of healthy, plant-based eating, borrowing inspiration from all corners of the world. These are vegetable-focused and wholly satisfying dishes that vegetarians, vegans, omnivores, and gluten-free diners can all enjoy at the same table.
