  • About
Rather than calling empty foods ‘treats’, shift your perspective on what a treat is. Think about what a real treat is for your body – is it something that feeds it with nourishment or something that makes it sick with synthetic and high-sugar ingredients? I have learnt that there is always a healthier alternative to the sugary sweet treats that I crave. For all the baking staples, there is always a healthy alternative. Instead of cow’s milk, use almond or coconut milk. Instead of refined sugar, try maple syrup or coconut sugar. And instead of bleached white flour, why not play around with spelt or almond flour?
