  • About
There’s nothing like a pizza party to bring the generations together. Make up the dough, get the sauce made, have a variety of toppings for everyone to choose from and let the party begin. Make double or triple the amount of dough and sauce and you can cook for a crowd. Make sure you have plenty of fine ground semolina so the pizzas don’t stick to the peel, a sharp knife to chop them up, and plenty of paper napkins.
Toppings you might like to prepare could include the following:
  • thinly sliced red onions
  • red and yellow (bell) peppers
  • thinly sliced mushrooms
  • sliced tomatoes
  • flaked tuna
  • drained anchovies
  • drained capers
  • pitted olives
  • thinly sliced cured meats, such as pepperoni, chorizo, salami and prosciutto
  • mozzarella, torn into pieces
  • grated strong-flavoured cheeses, such as Parmesan and Cheddar
