  • About
The first step of these skewers: Get a grill. Make sure it’s charcoal (the wood kind). Then put your favorite things onto a skewer and grill both sides, sprinkling on a handful of cumin while you’re at it. The best things in life are simple, right?
Some proteins are trickier than others to skewer, some require a little dab of oil, so watch out for those minor differences. Once you get the general gist down, though, you can turn pretty much anything into a spicy cumin skewer.
