Chong Lai Lai was a flight attendant who travelled the world and sampled a variety of different cuisines. This was what led her to eventually study a programme at Hong Kong Culinary Academy. She was particularly drawn to cakes and following that went on to complete the Pâtisserie programme at Le Cordon Bleu. Chong currently runs JOMO, which is a coffee shop providing healthy cakes that cater to clients’ specific needs, including vegan or low sugar cakes.
