François Bise

François Bise ( – 1983)was a French restaurateur who he trained under the father of modern French cuisine, Fernand Point. His three Michelin-starred French restaurant, Auberge du Père Bise has legendary status. After her father's death, aged just 21, his daughter, Sophie Bise, won back the restaurant's three Michelin stars.
