Odette Olavarri is an ambitious young woman. Even from the tender age of 14, she began to teach cooking lessons to young girls with the sole purpose of forging their taste and love for gastronomy. When she turned 18, she went to France to fulfil her greatest dream: study at Le Cordon Bleu and become a chef. After graduating, she began her professional career with the chef Vicente Etchegaray at Bakéa in Mexico. She felt that the latter was the ideal experience that led to her current success.
Olavarri established Odette Cuisine and supplies desserts to renowned restaurants, cafes and catering companies. Odette Cuisine differs from its competitors in that Odette and her team are constantly innovating and testing new products.
