Paul Heathcote MBE is a chef, restaurateur and food consultant whose training included 2 years at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons. His Longridge restaurant held two Michelin stars. His event catering business, Heathcote&Co. has clients including Manchester International Festival, Bolton Wanderers Football Club, 125 Bedroom Bolton Whites Hotel and workplace canteen Social Mess. He is the author of two books: Rhubarb & Black Pudding and Heathcotes at Home.
