Zhu Ying

Zhu Ying is a professional snooker referee and was honoured with an International Gold Medal in 2008 where she was recognised as the first and only Chinese woman referee at a professional level. However, Zhu was deeply drawn to pastry and in 2017, graduated at the top of the class when she completed the Pastry Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu Shanghai. Today, she runs I SWEET CAKE - a steadily growing brand in Shanghai featuring French pastry and decorative cakes.
