I love making cheesecake, and this no-bake version makes the task almost easy, along with no risk of the cake cracking or not setting. This chocolate version is rich and creamy, and can be passed off as both a celebration cake or the ultimate afternoon indulgence.

1) For the Crust

Grease a 9 in [23 cm] springform pan and line with parchment.
