Salsa di Funghi Porcini e Tartufo

This is wonderful on Crostini. It also makes an excellent sauce for spaghetti or tagliatelle. Simply cook the pasta, drain and return to the pan. Spoon in 1 dsp relish per person and generous grated Parmesan. Toss and serve. It is exceptionally delicious on the Salad of Roasted Vegetables on page 36.
