Creamed Ham on Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cooked ham
  • ½ pt. white sauce
  • 3 hard–boiled eggs
  • ¼ teasp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices buttered toast

Method

Dice the ham. Add to the white sauce, the chopped ham, sliced eggs, mustard and seasoning to taste. Serve hot on toast with stuffed olives.
