Rocket, orange zest and hazelnut oil is a perfect combination, making this one of the simplest, but most delicious, pastas.
Put a serving bowl in a low oven to keep warm. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Meanwhile, remove the zest from the orange in thin strips with a zester, or alternatively, grate the zest coarsely. When the water is boiling, add the tagliatelle and the orange zest and cook until the pasta is al dente - still with a slight bite to it. Drain the pasta and return it to the
