Rocket, orange zest and hazelnut oil is a perfect combination, making this one of the simplest, but most delicious, pastas.


  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 250g (8oz) tagliatelle


Put a serving bowl in a low oven to keep warm. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Meanwhile, remove the zest from the orange in thin strips with a zester, or alternatively, grate the zest coarsely.
