  • About

Cheese dishes are always popular with children and adults alike, and this is one of those soothing, family supper dishes which everybody will welcome after a tiring day. Sage and cheese together are particularly good, and the whole cherry tomatoes add a fresh juiciness. It could be accompanied by any number of things, but you can serve it with a green vegetable, such as steamed broccoli, or with a salad, and waxy-textured new potatoes are also very good.
