Ingredients

  • 2 Little Gem lettuces
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250g<

Method

Cut each lettuce into eight pieces lengthways and put the sections into a salad bowl. Cut the spring onions across into 5 mm (¼-inch) slices, using as much of the green part as possible.
