These chicken balls and their fragrant mayonnaise are good for a cold meal.


For the Chicken Balls

  • 375g (12oz) skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 1 fresh red chilli


To make the chicken balls, roughly cut up the chicken breast and place the pieces in a food processor. Whizz the chicken until finely chopped and turn it into a mixing bowl.
