This is a lovely creamy mixture using a selection of seasonal small berry fruits with contrasting textures and tastes, enveloped in sweetened fromage frais and enhanced by the magical scented flavour of passion fruit.

Put the fromage frais and Greek-style yogurt into a mixing bowl. Sift in the icing sugar and mix them all together thoroughly. Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the insides on to the sweetened fromage frais and yogurt mixture. Stir thoroughly to mix the passion fruit into the fromage frais. Peel the bananas, if you are using them, and cut them into small cubes . Immediately stir the banana
