This jellied mousse is a delicious combination of puréed and whole fresh blackberries, mingling with a luscious mixture of natural yogurt and whipped double cream. The marbled appearance and the dark, glossy top always impresses people. If you like, the mousse can be served with pouring cream. This mousse can be made with agar-agar flakes, but the jellied top may not separate in the same way.
