This is the most convenient way of being able to produce homemade freshly baked biscuits. You make up the dough, form it into a long roll and keep it in the freezer so that every time you want some biscuits, you simply slice as many as you need off the roll and put them straight into the oven on a baking tray. They cook in 10 minutes and keep really well in an airtight container.
