If you do not have the pretty little cans of Spanish pimentón, use paprika with a little added chilli powder. And if you do not have a steamer large enough, place the potatoes and fish on a baking tray, add a little water to cover the bottom of the tray, cover with foil and bake in a medium-hot oven 180°C / 350°F for about the same time.
