Baked Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are delicious baked in their skins in the same way as ordinary potatoes, for 45 minutes-1 hour at Gas Mark 6/200°C/400°F.

They become moist enough to eat without adding any butter: just season and enjoy them.
