Even without lemons right off the tree in one’s backyard, this is a fast and easy, delicious dessert.
Put the lemon juice,
Pour the liquid into a glass or metal loaf pan and put in the freezer.
When the liquid has started to set, break it up and mix with a fork to make sure all the alcohol is evenly distributed. Keep doing this every 20 minutes, until the mixture is entirely frozen and smooth.
Just before serving, break up the lemon ice again. Cut the lemon into
