Ingredients

  • tomatoes, enough to fill your jar of choice
  • 1 heaping tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 heaping tablespoon chopped

Method

  1. Peel and quarter tomatoes.
  2. Fill jars with tomatoes.
  3. To each quart add all remaining ingredients.
  4. Process in hot-water bath for 1 hour.
