Ingredients

  • 1 pound tomatoes
  • 1 pound hot peppers of your choice
  • 1

Method

  1. Wash and cut up tomatoes, hot peppers, and onions.
  2. Mix in all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Cook until soft.
  4. Press through Victorio strainer or tomato press.
  5. Ladle into jars.
  6. Process in hot-water bath for 30 minutes.
