These pickles are not actually canned. They are sliced, have brine poured over them, and are refrigerated. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 30 days and are a great way to use a few leftover cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • 7–9 cups sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced green peppers
  • 1 cup</

Method

  1. Slice cucumbers into a large bowl.
  2. Add the peppers and onions.
  3. Sprinkle salt and celery seed over vegetables.
  4. Mix vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Pour mixture over vegetables and stir well.
  6. Refrigerate and enjoy for up to 30 days.
