- 14 medium onions
- 6 medium green peppers
- 3 small hot peppers, optional
- Chop or grind onions and peppers.
- In a large pot, heat vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Bring to a boil and add in vegetables.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Ladle into hot jars.
- Process for 10 minutes in a hot-water bath.
