Ingredients
- 2 dozen large peppers
- 15 medium onions
- ½ cup salt
Method
- Chop or grind peppers and onions.
- Sprinkle with salt and cover with boiling water.
- Soak vegetables in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, and salt.
- Pour over vegetables.
