Ingredients

  • 2 quarts applesauce
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients together, mixing well.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Simmer for 2 hours.
  4. Pour into jars and process for 15 minutes.
