  • About

This cocktail has all the citrus flavor you expect from a margarita, but you don’t have to juice the fruit first. Agave nectar, tapped from the same blue agave from whose hearts tequila is distilled, adds a gentle sweetness that softens the taste of citrus and bold tequila. Because the drink is made with muddled fruit, it will have a slight, pleasant bitterness from the peel.
