Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar

Method

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk vigorously until smooth. Cook over medium heat until steaming.
  2. Add the chocolates and whisk until melted and smooth. Add the vanilla and whisk until combined.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the hot chocolate immediately, with a dollop of freshly whipped crea
