I am afraid that I have already given this recipe in another book, but I find it so ideal that few other ways of cooking it would produce a better result. It can be used as part of a mixed sautéed fungi dish, or in salads. It is wonderful if accompanied by good toasted bread.
Clean the beefsteak well, then slice finely.
Fry the garlic in the butter for a few minutes, then add the sliced beefsteak and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes. Add the cream, dill, salt and pepper, and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
