Partially deboned then stuffed with a mixture redolent of five spice powder, white pepper and oyster sauce, these morsels are a pleasing update of that perennial party food staple, the honey glazed chicken wing.

Ingredients

  • 20 chicken wings
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon

Method

  1. Make the Filling by combining all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Debone each chicken wing by pushing the skin and meat downward to expose the bones, then pull out the bones, leaving the meat and skin intact.
