Ingredients

  • 4 beets
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method

  1. Clean the beets and boil in water until soft, about 30 minutes. Take them out and peel when they have cooled.
  2. Grate the beets on the medium grating slots.
  3. Mix the horseradish, sugar, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper to make a sauce, and then mix in with the beets using a fork.
  4. Leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to cool.
