- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tsp sugar
- Clean the beets and boil in water until soft, about 30 minutes. Take them out and peel when they have cooled.
- Grate the beets on the medium grating slots.
- Mix the horseradish, sugar, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper to make a sauce, and then mix in with the beets using a fork.
- Leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to cool.
