- Drain the sauerkraut if it has been soaked in a lot of brine.
- Peel the apple and make a series of fine, lengthwise cuts. You can also finely chop the apple.
- Peel and cut the orange into wedges.
- Mix all of the ingredients, optionally adding in slices of onions and drizzling with lemon juice and/or oil.
