  • 1 jar (250 g) of sauerkraut
  • 1 apple

Method

  1. Drain the sauerkraut if it has been soaked in a lot of brine.
  2. Peel the apple and make a series of fine, lengthwise cuts. You can also finely chop the apple.
  3. Peel and cut the orange into wedges.
  4. Mix all of the ingredients, optionally adding in slices of onions and drizzling with lemon juice and/or oil.
