  • ½ cup (125 ml) vinegar

Method

  1. Roughly grate the celery and let it marinate in the vinegar for a couple of hours.
  2. In a bowl, layer the grated celery, pineapple chunks, corn, and diced apple. Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream and layer on top of the salad, sprinkling the top with finely diced leeks.

You can also add a layer of ham bits.
