  • 2–3 red and yellow bell peppers
  • 3–4 stalks of celery
  • 5 cooked potatoes<

Method

  1. Dice all of the vegetables and eggs into quarter-inch (6 mm) cubes and mix together.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together, then add to the vegetables, gently stirring.
  3. Salt and pepper. Optionally, you can stir in some tomatoes and pickle juice for a more tangy flavor.
