- 2–3 red and yellow bell peppers
- 3–4 stalks of celery
- 5 cooked potatoes<
- Dice all of the vegetables and eggs into quarter-inch (6 mm) cubes and mix together.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together, then add to the vegetables, gently stirring.
- Salt and pepper. Optionally, you can stir in some tomatoes and pickle juice for a more tangy flavor.
