  • 4 turkey fillets
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 canned peaches
  • 4

Method

  1. Beat the turkey fillets with a mallet until very thin, and lightly fry them in oil. When they have cooled, cut into small squares.
  2. Chop the oranges, peaches, and radishes, slice the onion and tomato, and mix with the lettuce and turkey.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together some lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and pour over the salad.
