- Clean and peel the potatoes. Grate the potatoes and onion on the finest grating holes of a grater and mix together.
- Add in flour, lightly beaten egg, and salt. Stir the batter until well-combined.
- Heat cooking oil on a skillet and place about 2 tablespoons of the batter to make one pancake. Brown on both sides and serve.
