Method

  1. Cook the rice until soft.
  2. Clean the fruits. If using bigger fruit, like strawberries, pineapple, bananas, or plums, chop them into smaller pieces.
  3. Place the fruit on a bed of rice, drizzle with sour cream or yogurt, and sprinkle with sugar.

You can also make this rice with cooked apples (see below).
