- 2 lb (900 g) fresh fruit, like strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and/or blueberries.
Method
- Clean, peel, pit, and chop the fruit or fruits, depending on which you use.
- Mash half of the fruit, mix with sugar, and set aside to marinate for about 2 hours.
- Cook on low heat in a saucepan. When the mixture starts to thicken, add in the rest of the chopped fruit and stir occasionally.
