  • 2 lb (900 g) fresh fruit, like strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and/or blueberries.

Method

  1. Clean, peel, pit, and chop the fruit or fruits, depending on which you use.
  2. Mash half of the fruit, mix with sugar, and set aside to marinate for about 2 hours.
  3. Cook on low heat in a saucepan. When the mixture starts to thicken, add in the rest of the chopped fruit and stir occasionally.
  4. When the jam is thick, pour into glass jars and store in
