Method

  1. Take out the egg yolks from the hardboiled eggs and grate them on the fine slots of a grater.
  2. Finely dice the mushrooms, pickles, and garlic cloves and mix all of the remaining ingredients until well-combined.

This sauce can be served with eggs, salads, meats, or sandwiches.
