  • 4 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Rinse the wheatberries and leave to soak overnight.
  2. Cook in water until the grains turn soft and drain on a sieve.
  3. Mix the poppy seeds with honey, sugar, bakalie, and the wheatberries.
