- Soak the dried plums in cold water for a few hours until soft, then take out the pits.
- Sprinkle some caraway seeds inside each plum.
- Wrap each bacon strip around one plum and pierce with a toothpick.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet and fry the bacon-wrapped plums on high heat until golden brown on all sides.
