Ingredients

  • 10 dried plums, or dried prunes
  • caraway seeds
  • 10 bacon strips
  • cooking oil

Method

  1. Soak the dried plums in cold water for a few hours until soft, then take out the pits.
  2. Sprinkle some caraway seeds inside each plum.
  3. Wrap each bacon strip around one plum and pierce with a toothpick.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a skillet and fry the bacon-wrapped plums on high heat until golden brown on all sides.
