Creamy Shrimp

Camarão ao Catupiry is a Brazilian classic entrée that is always a hit. It is the perfect dish to serve at a dinner party, as nobody can resist this creamy, cheesy and oh, so comforting shrimp dish! It is traditionally made with catupiry cheese, but if you can’t find it, I give you permission to substitute it for cream cheese. Nobody will know!
